With over 20 years in the television business, Paul brings the unique experience as both a buyer and a seller to CRIMETHINK, having spent years as a development executive, a producer, and a network executive. Most recently, he was President of RKO Pictures where he set up television adaptations from the RKO library around town, including the John Ford classic Fort Apache with Ron Moore (Outlander) and Hitchcock’s classic Suspicion with Tony Bassgallop (Apple’s Servant) at Twentieth TV, Special Investigator at Sony TV and The Mad Miss Manton at Warner Bros. TV. Prior to that, Paul launched the television division for Greg Silverman’s Stampede ventures, selling numerous shows to Hulu, FOX, Netflix, Paramount+, HBOMax, Freeform, SYFY, Apple and Quibi. As a buyer, Paul was the Head of Scripted Programming at SYFY where he developed the critically acclaimed shows The Expanse, The Magicians, and 12 Monkeys, along with over 15 aired series including Krypton with David Goyer, Childhood’s End with Akiva Goldsman, Helix with Ron Moore, Channel Zero with Nick Antosca, as well as the adaptation of Philip K. Dick’s classic The Man In The High Castle which aired on Amazon. Before heading to SYFY, Paul was Head of Television at Mandeville Films, where he developed and executive produced ABC's cop drama Detroit 187 starring Michael Imperioli and Disney Channel’s Geek Charming starring Sarah Hyland.
