Lauren served as Showrunner’s Assistant to Oleson for 3 years before being promoted to Coordinator of CrimeThink, where she works across all areas of development and production. Previously she worked as a Producer’s Assistant on such shows as Drunk History, Chelsea, and Power. She earned her B.A. in Television Production from Emerson College.

With over 20 years in the television business, Paul brings the unique experience as both a buyer and a seller to CRIMETHINK, having spent years as a development executive, a producer, and a network executive. Most recently, he was President of RKO Pictures where he set up television adaptations from the RKO library around town, including the John Ford classic Fort Apache with Ron Moore (Outlander) and Hitchcock’s classic Suspicion with Tony Bassgallop (Apple’s Servant) at Twentieth TV, Special Investigator at Sony TV and The Mad Miss Manton at Warner Bros. TV.

Whether in film or television, Erik Oleson’s passion for storytelling has taken him into writing on a gamut of productions of every type and scope.
As writer, Showrunner and Executive Producer of the upcoming second season of “Carnival Row,” the series marks Oleson’s follow up to the critically acclaimed third and final season of “Marvel’s Daredevil,” which he served as Showrunner and Executive Producer. In the spirit of comic book runs, Oleson put his own stamp on “Marvel’s Daredevil”— crafting a dark, grounded, character-driven thriller, which raised the bar on the action Daredevil fans had come to love. Oleson is now busy developing multiple series under his exclusive multi-year deal with Amazon.
